Operating Functions
Delay Bake or Convection Bake
1. Place food in the oven.
2. Touch COOK TIME, OVEN and TIME are displayed.
3. Touch apropriate slew pad until the desired amount of
cooking time is displayed. The time can be set from
5 minutes to 11 hours and 50 minutes.
4. Touch STOP TIME. OVEN STOP TIME will be
displayed in the display
5. Touch apropriate slew pad until the desired stop time
is displayed.
6. Touch BAKE or CONV BAKE. Display shows 3 soild
dashes and BAKE or CONV BAKE flashing in the
display.
7. Touch either SLEW pad and 350°F will be displayed,
adjust to the desired temperature by touching
appropriate SLEW pads. Temperature can be set
from 170°F to 550°F in 5°F increments.
DELAY, TIMED, BAKE or CONV, DELAY, TMED, BAKE
will appear in the display. A starting time will
automatically be calculated based on the amount of
cooking time and the stop time. TIME, BAKE, ON or
CONV, TIME, BAKE, ON will be displayed when the unit
starts cooking. When the cooking time has elapsed, an
end of cycle signal will sound three times and the oven
will automatically turn off. The end of cycle signal will
continue to sound every 3 seconds until OVEN CANCEL
is touched to end the function.
Broil element cycles at 10% of on time for top browning.

Convection

1. Touch CONV and CONV will be displayed.
2. Touch either SLEW pad and 350°F will be displayed,
adjust to the desired temperature by touching
appropriate SLEW pads. Temperature can be set
from 170°F to 550°F in 5°F increments.
Preheat approximately 10 minutes or until the preheat
signal is heard before placing food inside oven. The
temperature display will increase in 5°F increments
starting at 170°F until reaching the set temperature.
Automatic Bake, Convection Bake,
Convection

3. Touch apropriate slew pad until the desired cooking
time is displayed. The time can be set up to 11 hours
and 50 minutes.
4. Touch BAKE, CONV BAKE, or CONV, and the
associated mode will be displayed.
5. Touch either SLEW pad and 350°F will be displayed,
adjust to the desired temperature by touching
appropriate SLEW pads. Temperature can be set
from 170°F to 550°F in 5°F increments.
TIMED will light in the display and the oven will begin to
bake and ON will light in the display. When the cooking
time has elapsed, an end of cycle signal will sound three
times and the oven will automatically turn off. The end of
cycle signal will continue to sound every 7 seconds until
OVEN CANCEL is touched. When finshed press OVEN
CANCEL to cancel function.
