13.4 Troubleshooting
Event Description

Trip level The power factor cos phi has
cos phi < undershot the trip level. Possible
cause: The motor is being
operated without a load.
Trip level I < The maximum current has
undershot undershot the trip level.
Trip level I > The maximum current has
overshot overshot the trip level.
Trip level P < The active power of the motor
undershot has undershot the trip level.
Trip level P > The active power of the motor
overshot has overshot the trip level.
Trip level U < The voltage in the motor feeder
undershot has undershot the trip level.
Possible causes:
Undervoltage in the network

Fuse has tripped
•
Trip level The measured value at the
0/4 - 20 mA < analog input has undershot the
undershot trip level.
Trip level The measured value at the
0/4 - 20 mA > analog input has overshot the trip
overshot level.
Operational An "Operational Protection
Protection Off Off (OPO)" signal is pending. A
(OPO) switched-on motor feeder has
been switched off. The feeder
cannot be switched on while the
OPO signal is active.
Motor The configured limit value for
operating motor operating hours monitoring
hours > has been exceeded.
Stalled rotor The maximum motor current has
exceeded the threshold for
stalled rotor protection. Possible
cause: The motor is blocked.
