2A: PAT Installation Tools
The PAT Cable Tie Installation Tools are electrically powered and controlled by the PDM4.0 Dispenser. Designed
for easy operation; hand held, lightweight; for right or left-hand use. The tool jaws are normally open for easy
positioning around wire harnesses and the jaws are closed by pulling up on the trigger before application of the
cable tie and maintaining the jaw closed until the cycle is complete. After the cable tie has been applied, the jaws
are re-opened upon release of the trigger for positioning of the tool at the next cable tie location.
