These 5 commands output the raw measurement data. Normally, array 1
holds the current parameter. If a 2-port calibration is active, the arrays
hold Sll, S21, S12, and S22, respectively:

Fast data transfer command for
Array 1 (Sll data).
Array 2 (S21 data).
Array 3 (S12 data).
Array 4 (S22 data).
Outputs the external source RF frequency.
The instrument must be in external
source mode, using either INSMEXSA or
