Turns trace statistics ON and OFF.
Blanks the softkey menu. Use with
caution, as this may give unusual results
when setting up an instrument state.

modification. Range: 0 to 1000 Ghk.
Displays data minus memory, the same as
DISPDMM .
Enables/disables min/max recording
per segment. Min and max values are
recorded per limit segment. Limit testing
need not be active.
