Possible Cause and Action
To deliver more than 30 stored files, divide the
files and perform the operation several times.
When there are 100 or more destinations, split
the destinations into 2 or more groups for de-
livery.
Make sure the e-mail address is correct, and
then enter it again.
Specify the scan size and resolution again.
Note that it may not be possible to scan very
large originals. ⇒ p.89 "The Relationship be-
tween the Resolution and the Data Size"
The size of the e-mail exceeded the maximum
size possible.
Reduce the volume of images and send it
again.
• Increase the size of [Max. E-mail Size].
• Set [Divide & Send E-mail] to "On".
The maximum number of files that can be
stored is 3000. Delete unneeded files.
More than 2001 destinations were programed.
Keep the number at 2000 or less.
The maximum number of pages per file is 500.
Specify whether to use the data or not. Scan
the pages that weren't scanned, and store
them as a new file.
Search again after changing the search condi-
tions.
There are 50 waiting files in the sending queue
for the delivery server. Wait until files have
been sent.
Because the number of pages has reached the
maximum number that can be sent, the data
up to this point is sent. Scan the remaining
pages after transmission.
Load paper of the sizes listed in the message.
Load paper in the tray indicated.
Because of insufficient hard disk space, the
first page could not be scanned. Try one of the
following measures.
• Wait for a while and retry the scan opera-
tion.
• Reduce the scan area.
• Delete unneeded stored files.
