Keys for searching files
Switch to the screens for searching for
a file by user name or file name, or to
the screen for displaying all files.

Key to switch to the information
display
Use to switch between the stored file
list and the detailed information of the
selected file.
3.
Keys for sorting files
Sorts the files using the selected item.
Select the same item once more for a
reverse sort. However, the delivery
order cannot be sorted in descending
order.

Keys for changing file informa-
tion
Use for deleting, changing the user
name, file, or password of the selected
file, or for checking file information.
5.
A list of stored files
A list of stored files is displayed.

Note
❒ Stored files are not shown when a
function other than the scanner
function is used.
❒ If the desired file is not visible, use
[U U U U Prev.] or [ T T T T Next] to scroll
through the screen.
❒ For files which are password pro-
tected, a key symbol( ) is shown to
the left of the file name.
[Manage/Delete File]
Press to manage or delete the files
stored in the document server or
change the file information.
[Send]
Press to deliver or send the files stored
in the document server. For more in-
formation, see p.64 "Delivering Stored
Files" or p.76 "Sending Stored Files".
Information of a selected stored
Press [Detail] to display the informa-
tion of a file after selecting the file
from the file list.
