Allowing Pages to Play During Active Calls
The Accep t Wh ile Bu sy op tion allow s pages to com e in as active calls (if
enabled ) or held calls (if d isabled ).
If enabled , a page w ill interrupt telephone calls and you 'll be able to hear the
au d io of both the telephone call and the page. The p arty on the other end of the
telep hone call cannot hear the page u nless that party has also enabled
Accept While Busy. If d isabled , pages are placed on hold d u ring an active call.
To hear the page, scroll to the page, and then press the Accep t soft key.
T o allow or disallow pages to play during an active call:
1. Press
Con figu ration > G rou p Pagin g.
2. From the Group Paging Configu ration screen, scroll to
Accep t Wh ile Bu sy, and then enable or d isable the setting.
The d efault setting is D isabled . When enabled , your p hone w ill accep t
and p lay pages w hile you're in an active call. When d isabled , you r p hone
w on't play pages w hile you're in a call, but w ill hold them instead .

Integrating with Microsoft Lync Server

You r system ad m inistrator can configu re your phone to w ork w ith
Microsoft Lync Server and com m unicate w ith others u sing Microsoft Lync.
From you r p hone, you can invite, join, control, and m onitor local m ultipoint
au d io conferences. For m ore inform ation on integrating w ith Microsoft Lync

If you r p hone is set up to integrate w ith Microsoft Lync, you r system
ad m inistrator has assigned you login cred entials—a d om ain, user nam e, and
passw ord —that your phone requ ires to access the featu re.
If there is a problem w ith you r login cred entials, you w on't be able to access
the feature on your phone. When you r phone has incorrect login cred entials,
the m essage Login credentials failed d isplays on the screen. You m ust re-subm it
you r login cred entials.
