If you specify a label, the label w ill be the first item that d isplays for
the contact in the Contact Directory and on the Speed Dial Info screen
(before the contact's first and last nam es, if specified ). For exam ple, in
the follow ing figu re, Ann Brow n has been assigned the label Sales.
— (Op tional.) Set the Ring Typ e.

— (Optional.) Assign a Divert Contact.
The Divert Contact id entifies the third party to w hich you w ant this
contact's calls sent. You can enter a m axim um of 32 characters.
— (Optional.) Change the Au to Reject and Auto Divert settings.
If you set the Auto Reject field to enabled , the calls from this contact
w on't ring on your phone. Your system ad m inistrator d eterm ines
how rejected calls are hand led (for exam ple, rejected calls m ay go to
your voice m ail system ). Calls that are rejected from a contact d isplay
in the Missed Calls list.
If you set the Au to Divert field to enabled , each tim e the contact calls,
the call w ill be d irected to a third p arty sp ecified in the Divert Contact
field .
To toggle betw een the Enabled and Disabled settings, p ress
— (Optional.) Change the Watch Bu dd y and Block Bu d d y settings.
If you enable the Watch Bu d d y field , you can m onitor the contact's
status. If you enable the Block Bud d y field , the contact cannot m onitor
