Using Voice Mail

Voice mail is an optional feature that your system administrator sets up. Your
system may not support it. For more information, contact your system administrator.
Screen options may vary with your application. Voice mail may be accessible with a
e
single key press. Contact your system administrator about this option.
You r voice m ail is saved in a centralized location and m ay be accessed from
your phone. You r phone m ay ind icate voice m ail by the follow ing:

T o listen to voice mail messages:
1. Press
The Messages screen d isplays, ind icating the num ber of u rgent, new , and
old m essages you have.
2. To listen to your voice m ail, press the Con n ect soft key, and then follow
the voice or visu al prom pts on the screen. To tem porarily rem ove all
m essage ind icators, press the Clear soft key.
