the International Sale of Good s (1980) is hereby exclu d ed in its entirety from ap p lication to this
Agreem ent.
10.2 G en eral. This Agreem ent rep resents the com p lete agreem ent concerning this license and m ay
am end ed only by a w riting execu ted by both parties. If any provision of this Agreem ent is held to be
unenforceable, su ch p rovision shall be reform ed only to the extent necessary to m ake it enforceable.

term s are u sed in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as app licable. Consistent w ith 48 C.F.R. §12.212
