MPT-MC connectivity

MPT-MC is similar to MPT-HC V2 from an architectural standpoint. The only differences
are:
• MPT-MC cannot be connected in optical -> 100m length cable limitation.
• MPT-MC does not support the XPIC configuration.
The MPT-MC is connected to a Power Injector through one electrical Ethernet cable.
