7.5.2.(10) ID Unit Up-Down Error(Service Call 140-143)

(10-1) An error occurs in the operation of ID Unit Up
Confirmation Items
(10-1-1) Check for load in the ascent

Load in installing/ Check to see if any abnormal load is felt in
removing of ID unit installing or removing the ID unit.
 
Greasing of right Check to see if the slant parts of the link levers
and left up-down are properly greased.

Assembled state Check to see if any part around the link levers is
of right and left obstructing their motion.
up/down link levers
(10-1-2) Up/down mechanism
Assembled state Check to see if the link levers are assembled
around link levers in such a manner that they link to the planetary
gears.
Right and left link Check to see if the link levers are placed in the
levers positions where the gears are engaged properly
(check to see if the link levers are placed with
several gear teeth displaced.)
(10-1-3) Check of sensors
Up/down sensor Check to see if the sensor levers demonstrate
lever (integrated to any abnormal shape or motion.

Up/down sensor Conduct the Motor and Clutch Test of the self-
diagnostic mode, and check to see if the sensor
signals are detected normally. Block the sensor
with a piece of paper, and then, unblock it to
see if the SCAN state varies.

Replace the ID
unit or right and
left side plates.
To use a new
ID unit on a trial
basis, use FUSE
KEEP MODE
of the System
Maintenance
Menu.
Apply grease.
Reassemble
them correctly.
