Clear the problem so that the correct image is printed. See " Trouble-
shooting for the Image" for details. When the correct image is able to be
output, perform the image quality control enforcement / condition check
(image check; described later).
1) Is there any stain on the surface of the photoconductive drum facing
the surface of the image quality sensor? If there is, check that the
cleaning blade of the cleaner unit is installed properly. If the cleaning
blade is damaged, replace it, and then perform the image quality
control enforcement / condition check (image check; described later).
2) Check that there is no dent on the surface of the photoconductive
drum facing the surface of the image quality sensor. If there is,
replace the photoconductive drum, and then perform the image qual-
ity control enforcement / condition check (image check; described
later).
Install the image quality sensor to the cleaner unit properly, and perform
the image quality control enforcement / condition check (image check;
described later).
Clean the surface of the image quality sensor. Replace it if necessary,
and then perform the image quality control enforcement / condition
check (image check; described later).
Plug the connector again, and then perform the image quality control
enforcement / condition check (image check; described later).
Replace the open-circuited harness, and then perform the image quality
control enforcement / condition check (image check; described later).
