Parking and Retrieving a Call
Parking a Call
1. Press Transfer
2. Dial *68 + enter the extension number you wish to park the call at
3. Press #
a. Example: Transfer *681602#
i. You will hear "your call has been parked" if the call parked successfully
1. The parked call will recall back to the original user after 70
seconds, if it is not answered.
Retrieving a Call
1. Dial *88
2. Enter the extension number at which the call was parked
3. Press #
4. Press Send (or dial if you have the phone on speaker)
a. Example: *881602#
