Measuring Coffee Temperature

Procedure:
1. Switch the coffee system ON.
2. Start a rinse/warming cycle.
3. Make coffee.
4. While the machine is delivering the coffee, place
the temperature probe under the coffee flow at
approximately 10 mm from the exit of the spout.
5. The temperature should read: 172 °F ± 6.5 °F (78 °C ± 3 °C).
