Specify the minimum session expiration time in seconds. This value must
be lower than or equal to the value you assign to the P260 parameter. You
can assign any value in the range of 90 to 64800.
Specify whether to enable caller request timer. You can assign one of the
following values to this parameter:
• 0: No
• 1: Yes
