HEAT EXCHANGER
INSTALLATION
1. Install:
S Heat exchangers
Use the rivet gun.
2. Install:
S O-ring
S Oil cooler
S Lock washer
S Bolt (oil cooler bolt)
Bolt (oil cooler):
35 Nm (3.5 mSkg, 25 ftSlb)
NOTE:
S Before installing the oil cooler, lubricate the oil
cooler bolt and O-ring with a thin coat of engine
oil.
S Make sure the O-ring is positioned properly.
S Align the projection a on the oil cooler with the
slot b in the crankcase.
S Bend the lock washer tab along a flat side of
the bolt.
