9. If no other values are needed to be
changed, it is time to connect the coin drop
sensor wire harness. The wire harness
that was with the coin slide was already
attached to the proper connector in the
metercase assembly, and had the same
4- pin connector at the other end. This
connector needs to be connected to the
same 4-pin connector in the rear of the
metercase. There will be 2 similar 4-pin
connectors in the metercase. The connector
without the marker stripe on its side, or
has an all white connector, is the one to
use for a single coin drop application. (The
connector with the marker stripe on its side,
or is black in color, is for Coin-2 application
with a dual coin drop mechanism, and
generally used for a dollar coin.
10. Reinstall the Service Access Door, display
should now read the set vend price. When
"0 minutes" is displayed, the washer front
door must be opened for a second or two
and then closed to reset the display to the
vend price.
11. If a "D-5" failure code appeared during the
set-up procedure it will clear automatically
once the washer's User Interface Control
(UIC) senses the coin drop mechanism
sensor is connected to the wire harness and
to the control board at AA4..
12. For problems getting this procedure to
