4 Replacement Procedure
Disassembly of Case top, Board Ass'y, Tape Adhesive, Light guide, Cover Ass'y Bottom
1. Disassembly of Case top.

CAUTION: This process should be made in Clean room with no scratch nor particle on

CAUTION: No penetration of foreign body is indispensable with no scratch on the
