This is the display area of a frame. Here the functions and parameters that
may be selected or output are displayed. Hardware-related information is
also output.
System status messages and SVP messages are displayed here.
Commands can be entered here. Information on the hardware status is
shown as of column 51.
This line is used for the status displays of the emulated operating terminal.
