Depth Alarm (Optional)

If your boat is equipped with a Volvo Penta depth
sounder (multisensor) the following settings need to
be performed.
These settings need to be performed only on one
display (twin installation) at one station for the
settings to apply to all displays in the boat.
These instructions are a continuation of the section
entitled Entering the Settings Menu on page 154.
Use the BACK BUTTON 5 at any time to return to the
previous menu. Use the SELECTION WHEEL 10 to
locate the DEPTH ALARM menu.
5. Turn the SELECTION WHEEL to select DEPTH
ALARM and enter by pushing the SELECTION
WHEEL.
Depth Alarm (On/Off) – The depth alarm function can
be turned on and off. These instructions are a contin-
uation of the above.
6. Press the SELECTION WHEEL to enter DEPTH
ALARM ON/OFF.
7. Press the SELECTION WHEEL to select DEPTH
ALARM ON or DEPTH ALARM OFF and confirm
by pushing the SELECTION WHEEL.
Set Depth – Adjust the depth at which you want the
depth alarm to go off.
6. Turn the SELECTION WHEEL to select DEPTH
ALARM DEPTH and enter by pushing the
SELECTION WHEEL.
7. Adjust the depth (in steps of ± 0.1 m or ± 1 ft) by
turning the SELECTION WHEEL and confirm by
pushing the SELECTION WHEEL.
