RELEASE
To open the boot, push the release,
then lift up the boot lid.
BOOT HANDLE
To close the boot, hold the boot
handle and lower the boot, then
press down on the boot lid.
See page 306 for the information on
luggage loading. Keep the boot lid
closed at all times while driving to
avoid damaging the lid, and to
prevent exhaust gas from getting
into the interior. See Carbon
Monoxide Hazard on page 76
Keys and Locks
IGNITION KEY
To protect items in the boot, you can
lock the boot release handle with the
ignition key.
