IEC60870-5-101 Introduction

This section describes the IEC 60870-5-101 protocol implementation in the relays.
PC acts as the master in the system with the relay operating as a slave responding to the master's commands.
This protocol can be set to use any or all of the relays hardware interfaces (USB, Fibre Optic, RS232 and RS485).
Cause of Transmission
Shaded boxes are not required.
Blank = function or ASDU is not used.
Mark type identification/cause of transmission combinations:
"X" if used only in the standard direction
