Information about steering mode on permanent route monitor
windows
Information about the current steering mode is available on the Route monitor windows. The information shown
depends on connected autopilot and the steering mode in use.
FURUNO Autopilot FAP-2000
The following steering mode information appears with the FAP-2000.
Waypoint mode: "GOTO WPT", "GOTO WPT Great circle", "Ass. Appr. enabled", "Ass. Turn enabled" and
"Assisted turn"
Go Track mode: "GOTO Track", "Track Great circle" and "Track Appr. enabled", Track Turn enabled",
"Track Turn"

Yokogawa Autopilot PT-500A (category C) and TOKYO KEIKI Autopilot PR-6000
The following information appears with the PR-6000 and PT-500A (category C).
Open Sea mode: "GoSEA", "GoSEA Great circle", "GoSEA Appr. enabled", "GoSEA Turn enabled" and
"GoSEA turn"
All Waters mode: "GoAW", "GoAW Great circle", "GoAW Appr. enabled", "GoAW Turn enabled" and
"GoAW turn"

YOKOGAWA Autopilot PT-500A (category B)
The following information appears with the PT-500A (category B):
