Putting the dispenser into service after storage / Storing the dispenser
Carry out the following steps when you
want to put the dispenser back into
service after an extended period:
1. Ensure that the ingredient packs are ready
in the cooling compartment.
2. Carry out the manual and automatic
cleaning procedures, see § Cleaning
(fig. 29).
Any ingredient packs that were removed

earlier can be used again, provided that
the use-by date has not expired. Check
the use-by date.
3. Place a pot under the outlet and check the
operation of the dispenser by dispensing
hot water and each drink once.

Carry out the following steps when
you do not want to use the dispenser
or want to put it in storage for an
extended period:
1. Carry out the manual and automatic
cleaning procedures, see § Cleaning (fig.
35).
2. Remove the ingredient packs (fig. 86).
3. Check the use-by dates of the ingredient
packs before storing them in a refrigerator
(fig. 87).
4. Drain all the water out of the dispenser with
the drain hose, see the section "Draining
the dispenser" (fig. 22)

Caution!
Check the use-by date.
Check the pack is fully
defrosted.

5. Switch the dispenser off and pull the plug
out of the power outlet (fig. 85).
6. Leave the door slightly open.
