Lift the gas tank from the frame, close the gas
shut-off valve, and disconnect the gas line from
the shut-off valve (Figure 54).

Remove the bolt, washer, and nut retaining the lift
chain to the lift bar (Figure 55).

Remove the right and left washers and e-rings
located on each end of the lift bar assembly
