Changing the default volume

Follow this procedure to set the volume of the handset, handsfree speaker,
ringer, or buzzer.
Prerequisites
The Audio menu item must be available from the main menu.

Action
From the main menu, open the Settings menu.
From the Settings menu, open the Terminal menu.
From the Terminal menu, open the Audio menu.
From the Audio menu, select and open Default Volumes.
The Default Volumes menu opens.
From the Default Volumes menu, perform one of these actions:
Select and open Handset.
Select and open Handsfree.
Select and open Ringer.
Select and open Buzzer.
Select and open Help.
If you select Handset, Handsfree, Ringer, or Buzzer, a screen
appears displaying a scroll bar.
If you select Handset, Handsfree, Ringer, or Buzzer, perform one
of these actions:
To decrease the volume, press and hold the left navigation
key.
To increase the volume, press and hold the right navigation
key.
A number is displayed to the right of the scroll bar to indicate the
actual volume level in numerical form.
Perform one of these actions:
For Headset, Handset, and Handsfree:
— Press Cancel to cancel the request.
— Press Reset to reset the volume to the previous level.
— Press Ok, or press the send key, when you have the
volume level you want.
For Buzzer and Ringer:
