Press the softkey assigned to the line with the incoming call.

Select the line from the call services menu.
The call is answered.
To transition between calls, press the hold key and perform one
of these actions:
•
From the call services menu, select the line of the call you
want to retrieve.
•
From the assigned softkey/primary line key, select the line of
the call you want to retrieve.
