Hiding softkey labels

Follow this procedure to hide the softkey labels.
The terminal temporarily hides the softkey labels when it is engaged in a
call.

Viewing feature profiles

Follow this procedure to view feature profiles.
Before assigning a Centrex feature to a softkey, you should know if the
profile is defined as Hide when idle, Hide when active, or Never hide.
When you know the feature profiles you can:

Action
On the terminal press the services key.
The softkey labels appear.

On the terminal, press the services key.
The softkey labels are hidden.
To display the labels again, press the services key a second
time.
Increase the number of softkey assignments on your terminal by
assigning a Hide when idle feature and a Hide when active feature to
the same key.
Avoid losing a previously assigned feature by assigning a Never hide
feature to the same softkey.
Action
From the main menu, open the Call Services menu.
From the Call Services menu, select a feature from the call
services list.
From the Call Services menu, select and open Details.
