Calendar
View the calendar in weekly or monthly format. You can also configure
reminders, appointments, and meeting alerts.
The Calendar allows you to store a maximum of 80 (without the MEM
card) and a maximum of 100 (with installed MEM card) appointments.
Attention: The maximum number of entries you can store varies
depending on the amount of storage space used by other
features.
This section describes the following tasks:
"Accessing the Calendar" (page 129)
"Changing the calendar format" (page 129)
"Selecting a date" (page 130)
"Adding an appointment" (page 130)
"Viewing an appointment" (page 132)
"Editing an appointment" (page 133)
"Copying an appointment" (page 134)
"Deleting an appointment" (page 136)
CAUTION
You must charge your handset before you configure the
handset time and date. Each time you remove the
battery pack or switch the handset off it loses the time
and date information; you must manually reset it after
you reinstall the battery pack or switch the handset off
and on.
If your system provides the date and time information to
DECT handsets, the date and time settings update
automatically when you switch on the handset. Contact
your system administrator to determine if you can use
this feature.
