CAUTION: Do not allow the kick starter to snap back freely against the pedal stop as engine case damage
could result.
5. Open the throttle slightly and operate the kick starter.
6. Warm up the engine at approx. 1,500 rpm until it runs smoothly with the choke open (B).
NOTE: When the temperature is extremely low, prime the engine before starting by cranking several
times with the kick starter. The ignition switch should be turned "OFF". Keep the choke closed and the
throttle opened.
WARNING: Exhaust gases contain poisonous carbon monoxide. Never run the engine in a closed garage
or confined area.
PRECAUCION: No deje que el arranque de pie rebote libtemente contra el obturador de pedal, porque
podria daiiar el carter del motor.
5. Gire levemente el mango del acelerador parar abrirlo y accione el arranque de pie.
6. Caliente el motor haciendolo marchar en vacio a 1.500 r.p.m. aprox., hasta que corra suavemente,
con el estrangulador abierto (B).
NOTA: Cuando Ia temperatura es extremadamente baja, cebar el motor, antes del arranque, dano mani-
velas aI motor varias veces con el arranque de pie. En ese momento, el interruptor del encendido debera
estar coiocado en posicion OFF. Mantenga el estrangulador cerrado
y
el acelerador abierto.
ATENCION: El gas de escape contiene monoxido de carbo no venenoso. Nunca haga correr el motor
en un garaje cerrado
