Scan to Network PC
Before sending your document to a file server, profiles should be set up first to speed up
the process. A profile contains a list of filing parameters such as your filing protocol,
directory, file name and other scanning parameters.
NOTE
You can create up to 50 profiles. Refer to "Managing Profiles" on page 108.
Using the options available on the touch screen, you can enter network information and
alter the scan output to suit your needs:

Specify the orientation of the leading
edge of the document in the ADF or on
the document glass.

Select ON to print in grayscale or
black-and-white.
Color:
Select the appropriate file format.
