NOTES
1. If the system administrator has chosen DHCP, then the IP address of TCP/
IP, gateway, subnet mask, and DNS server will be automatically given.
2. When installing the unit for the first time, it is recommended that the
Administrator retain the default system settings. The settings can be
customized at a later date, once you are familiar with the operation and
functionality.
Voice Guidance
Voice guidance uses "audible messages" to explain functions or the operation method.
Voice Guidance Button
• The Voice Guidance button will flash when voice guidance can be given and during
an audio message. Voice guidance can be stopped by pressing the Voice Guidance
button again during the message.
Voice Guidance Sample Display
• When you press the Voice Guidance Key when it is not flashing, a voice
guidance example will be displayed.
• Pressing Cleaning guidance shows the demonstration of scanner clean guidance.
Above icon is shown on
the page including the
screens which flashes the
"Voice Guidance" key.
