Job Accounting Port Restrictions

If job accounting is enabled, you can restrict access so that departments can only use one port.

Display the screen.

[System Menu] key > [User Login/Job Accounting]
NOTE
If the user authentication screen appears, enter your login user name and login
password and select [Login].
The factory default login user name and login password are set as shown below.

[Next] of "Job Accounting Setting" > [Next] of "Job Accounting (Local)" >
[Register/Edit] of "Accounting List" > [Add] > [Change] of "FAX Port Restriction"
Configure the settings.
[Off], [Use Port 1 Only], or [Use Port 2 Only] > [OK]
