Changing the Site Name Display (Main Site only)

The setting of whether site names are displayed during a video conference call can be changed.
1.
Press [MENU].
•
The communication menu screen is displayed.
2.
Use [ ][ ][

The site name display setting dialogue box is displayed.
3.
Use [ ][ ] to select whether to display a site name ("ON", "OFF"), and press [ENTER].
Changing the Audio Settings for Other Parties (Main
Site only)
During a video conference call, you can change the mode that is used to mix the audio from your own site and
the other party's site.
1.
Press [MENU].
•
The communication menu screen is displayed.
2.
Use [ ][ ][
•
The other party's audio setting dialogue box is displayed.
3.
Use [ ][ ] to select "Mix (Auto)", "Mix (Selection)", or "Mute" and press [ENTER].
–
"Mix (Auto)" (default): Audio from the loudest 4 sites is automatically mixed together.
–
"Mix (Selection)": The audio from the selected sites (up to 4) is mixed together.
–
"Mute": Mutes the audio of the other party. Only the audio of the Main Site is output.
