Contacts and Settings
"Screen Layout (Presentation)": Press [ENTER]
and use [
][
] to select the screen layout for
Presentation Mode.
"Auto" (default): Automatically changes the
layout depending on the number of sites joining
a video conference call.
"CP1" to "CP10": The selected screen layout
is used (Page 68).
"Main Position (Discussion)": Press [ENTER]
and use [
][
] to select the screen to display as
the main display (display priority 1).
"Local Site" (default): Displays your own site.
"Voice Activation 1": The site with the loudest
volume is automatically displayed as the main
display.
"Voice Activation 2 (Local Site)": Your own
site's image is displayed as the main display,
and the site with the loudest volume at the time
is displayed as display priority 2.
"Voice Activation 2 (Site 1)" to "Voice
Activation 2 (Site 20)": The selected site is
displayed as the main display, and the site with
the loudest volume at the time is displayed as
display priority 2.
"Site 1" to "Site 20": The selected site is
displayed as the main display.
"Specified Position": Displays each site's
image in the specified position.
Note
When "Specified Position" is selected, the
main site is displayed at the position
specified by "Display position of local
site". Sub sites are displayed in the display
position (except for the main site's display
position) determined by their priority, which
is determined by the "Site" ID assigned to
their profile settings (lower IDs have
priority).
For information about the relationship
between display priority order and display
positions, see (Page 68).
"Main Position (Presentation)": Press [ENTER]
and use [
][
] to select the screen to display as
the main display (display priority 1).
"Site 1" (default) to "Site 20": The selected site
is displayed as the main display.
"Specified Position": Displays each sub site's
image in the specified position.

When "Specified Position" is selected,
sites are displayed in the display position

If the specified display position is greater
than the number of connected sub sites, the
display position automatically moves
forward.
For information about the relationship
between display priority order and display
positions, see (Page 68).
"Display position setting": Press [ENTER] and
use [
][
] to select what happens when the site
assigned to the display position is not connected.
"Move forward" (default): Available sites move
forward in their display position.
"Black screen": A black screen is displayed for
any sites that are not connected.
Note
This setting is only available when
"Specified Position" is selected for "Main
Position (Discussion)" or "Main Position
(Presentation)".

] to select "Site" and press [ENTER].
The site selection screen is displayed.
