Each user can set the grade, usable devices, and extended features vary depending on the
grade.
In order to set a grade, the activation key of the respective grade needs to be installed.
By calling the user's main extension, it is possible to send an incoming call signal to the
main device, sub device, wireless device and public device at the same time.
It is possible to send an incoming call signal to a sub device, wireless device and/or public
device at a predetermined time delay from the time of an incoming call to the main device.
When one of the devices registered to 1 user answers to an incoming call, the incoming
signal on the other devices will be stopped and only the responsive device will be able to
speak with the outside party.
When DND/FWD is set using any of the user-owned devices, the setting is applied to
incoming calls for that user.
When one of the user's devices is busy, none of the user's devices can be used to make a
call.
The paging signal will be delivered to all extensions, including the main extension, sub-
extension and PS. However, the paging signal cannot be delivered when the terminal type is
SIP terminal or SLT.
Voice calls can only be used on main extensions that use PT.
Recalls for the terminal handling such as, pending recalls and callbacks only arrive on the
operation device. Transferred recalls arrive at the transfer recall destination extension as
configured in the main extension.
It is possible to forward incoming calls to another device (operation terminal), when any of
the main/sub-/wireless devices are on a call while the handsets of other devices (except
general purpose SIP terminals) are off hook or [SP-Phone][Monitor] is pressed on the other
devices. (Call interception)
Calls can not be intercepted with another device if the calling device is in any of the
following states.
During extension DT, while dialing an extension, during external line DT, while dialing an
external line, during temporary hold, during a conference call (except during 2Way
recordings)
Sounds heard during a call, such as call waiting tones and hold alarms, are only sent to the
party that is on the call.
It is possible to use DISA from a public device number without having to input the extension
+ password. An Advanced user license or Mobile user license is required in order to use this
feature.
If a device has delayed ringing configured, a pre-ring will sound when the delayed ring times
out.
