During the first synchronization, information stored on your host computer is copied to your
terminal. When the copy is complete and all data is synchronized, you can disconnect your
terminal from your host computer.
Note: You must perform your first ActiveSync operation with a local, direct
connection.
To retain partnerships after a hard reset, capture partnership registry
information in a .reg file and save it in the Flash File System. See the
Windows CE Help File for Symbol Terminals for details.
