Passwords
Use the Password window to set a password to disable unauthorized access to the
terminal.
Password
If your device is configured to connect to a network, use a strong (difficult to figure out)
password to help protect network security. Password cracking tools continue to improve
and the computers used to crack passwords are more powerful than ever.
If you forget your password, or if your terminal has become corrupted and
soft resetting doesn't work, you must perform a hard reset. Performing a
hard reset erases all files and data that you have created, and programs
you have installed.
