5) Ensure the rubber gasket, which is prefi tted as part of the Assembly,
is properly positioned. Install the new Pressure Regulator using the 2x
M4 x .7 screws supplied. Tighten the screws to 25lb-in. In the event that
the screw threads are cross threaded or stripped, replace the valve
assembly.
nstall the enclosed propane identifi cation label to the valve body where it
can be easily seen.
6) Re-attach the Pressure Regulator wire, and re-situate the Gas Valve,
secure the screws that fasten the Gas Valve Mounting Brackets.
7) Remove burner (see burner removal section in manual).
8) Using a 3/8" socket wrench, loosen and remove the main gas orifi ce.
Replace with the LP gas orifi ce. Confi rm the orifi ce size marked on the
Orifi ce with the Rating Label on the appliance

9) Loosen the pilot target hex fi tting 1/3 turn with a 7/16 wrench as shown in
fi gure A. Use caution to avoid bending the orifi ce trip by improper place-
ment of end wrench.
10) Pull off the pilot cap to expose the pilot orifi ce.
11) Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the allen key; then replace with the LPG
pilot orifi ce and the pilot cap, provided in the kit.
12) Re-tighten the pilot target hex fi tting until the pilot target aligns with the
fl ame sensing rod.
Important: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN - this can cause the pilot hood to
miss the fl ame sensor.

Ensure the pilot light is in the correct orientation to the Burner.
Reconnect the gas and electrical supply to the appliance. Start the
appliance. (see section on Lighting Instructions) Ensure that pilot and
burner ignition is completed without delay. Check both your inlet and
outlet pressures at full load. With a soapy solution, leak test the entire
system. Verify both the correct fl ame and pilot appearance.
