When disassembling engine
or
drive
components,
mark
the
parts for
loca
tion and
mark
all
pans
that
male to-
gether. Small
parts.
such
as
bolls, can
be
identified
by
placing them in
plastic
sandwich
bags (
Figu re
3).

nuts and bolt

cleaners

parts.
Follow
the manufacturer 's direc tions
on the con-
tainer
for the best

Clean all oily
or greasy parts
with
cleaning
solvent as
they are
removed.
