18.1 Sizing the solar thermal system
All sizing recommended below relates to German climatic conditions

and common utilisation profiles in the home. These profiles are stored
in the Viessmann "ESOP" calculation program and correspond to the
suggestions of VDI 6002-1 for apartment buildings.
