4.3 Aligning the needle bar linkage
Sequence
First check the following setting:
• A straight and undamaged needle must be inserted
Proper setting
1. Turn the needle bar to the bottom.
The needle must enter the needle hole precisely in the center.
Cover

(1) - Setscrews
Setting steps
1. Loosen both setscrews (1).
2. Adjust the needle bar linkage (3) so that the needle enters the needle
3. Tighten the setscrews (1).

WARNING
Risk of injury!
Crushing injuries from moving parts.
Switch off the machine before aligning the needle
bar linkage sideways.
