Checking factory settings

7.1 Checking factory settings
To check the factory settings:

1. Start the program Mfdcontrol.exe.
2. In the main menu, select the display of which you wish to check
the settings.
3. In the main menu, click on the button General.
The General information window appears
4. In the General information window, check the following items:
- Is the display serial number correct?
- Is the display stock number correct?
- Is the display type correct?
- Option DPMS must be checked.
- Option Stabilizer must be checked.
- Option Power LED must not be checked.
5. In the Backlight section at the bottom of the window, there is a
slider. Move the slider between minimum and maximum. The
backlight of the panel should change between minimum and
maximum. As another consequence, the Stabilizer option is dese-
lected again.
6. Select the Stabilizer option again. The luminance value next to
the slider should go to the calibrated value (see Technical Specifi-
cations) again.
