2.9 LED Indicators

The MA board has two LEDs that indicate the operating status of the projector.
The following tables show what the indicators mean and how to remedy problems the they
indicate.
When the
(warning) indicator is lit or flashing
Internal problem / Fan problem / Sensor problem / Cinema filter problem /
Red
Auto iris problem
(Lit/off for
1 sec.)
Lamp problem / Lamp on error / Lamp cover open error
Red
Check if the lamp is broken.
Clean the air filter.
(Lit/off for
0.5 sec.)
If the lamp is
not broken
If the lamp is
broken
Check that the lamp and the lamp cover are securely installed.
When using above an altitude of about 1500 m, make sure you set the "High Altitude Mode" to
"On".
High internal temperature
Red
(overheating)
The lamp will switch off
automatically and projection will
stop. Wait for approximately 5
minutes. When the cooling fan
stops, turn off the main power
switch at the rear of the projector.
High-speed cooling in progress
Orange
You can continue using the
projector, but if the temperature
rises again, it will switch off
automatically.

Disconnect the power cable from the electrical outlet. Then contact your dealer
or the nearest address provided in the "International Warranty Conditions"
section of the Safety Instructions/World-Wide Warranty Terms booklet.
