Operating your Scoota

Before operating your Scoota
ensure the seat height has been
adjusted to your satisfaction, the
seat position has been secured and
the tiller angle has been set for
optimum safety and comfort.
Scoota operating procedure
(i) Insert the key as shown in
(Fig. 22) and turn clockwise.
(ii) Switch on by pressing the on/off
button once.
(iii)Using the speed range knob
select the speed required.
Control levers
(i) The control lever (Fig. 23)
controls the speed of the
Scoota. The further it is pulled
the faster you will travel until you
have reached the maximum
speed you have selected.
(ii) To travel forwards pull the green
lever. To reverse pull the yellow
lever.
(iii)If single handed use is required,
you can push the green lever to
reverse and pull it to accelerate.
Similarly you can push the
yellow lever to accelerate and
pull it to reverse.
(iv)To stop simply release the
control lever you are using.
