    5.2 Cleaning Ensure the controller is switched off before cleaning. The scooter should be wiped over once per week with a slightly damp, (not wet), cloth and any fluff or dust that has accumulated around the motors should be blown or dusted away. Make sure that you dry all parts of your scooter if it becomes wet or damp after cleaning or if it is used in a wet or damp atmosphere.

    7.0 Fault Codes And Possible Causes ELITE PLUS ELITE XS - RS An excessive voltage has been applied to the Power Module. Check the battery connections. Check the correct battery charger is being used and that it is functioning properly. The parking brake has a bad connection.

    Clean the scooter and upholstery regularly. Battery terminal inspection – Remove any corrosion and apply Vaseline. Check upholstery, seating, headrests, arm pads for wear. Complete inspection, safety check and service should be made by a Sunrise Medical authorised dealer. ELITE...

    The key components of the Elite2 scooter have been designed, manufactured, specified and tested in a way to maximise their lifespan. As with all components, some will fail sooner than expected but Sunrise Medical has undertaken 1000’s of testing hours to minimise the chance of this occurring.
