2.1 CONSULTATION CALL
You are in conversation, and you wish to speak to a second internal or external party.
On your keypad:
Press the key
Dial the number
You are in contact with your second party.
Your first party is on hold (music-on-hold or hold tone).
You now have three choices:
2.2 RECOVERY
If you wish to return to your first party and disconnect from your second party:
Press the key
then
Press the key
You have returned to your first party, and you are no longer connected
to the second party.
