Now use the Numeric keypad to enter the current unit PIN code.

Enter the desired new unit PIN code using the numeric keypad.

> After changing the unit PIN code in this way you will automatically return to the
Parental Control menu.

Ensure that you do not forget the device PIN code. If this does happen, please consult

9.2.2 Menu block

Here you can set whether, when opening, the installation menu and the systems settings, the
unit PIN code needs to be entered.

9.2.3 Channel block

Here you can set whether channels selected in Point 8.3.8 are blocked or not.

9.2.4 Encrypted blocking

If this option is switched on, all encrypted channels will be blocked.

9.2.5 Country blocking

This option is used to block all channels that do not match the country recognition of
the Smartcard.

9.2.6 No event CH blocked

If this option is selected, the receiver blocks all programmes that are broadcast as being
age released.

9.2.7 Age limit

In this menu point you can specify the age restriction. You can choose from
UnBlocked,12+, 16+, 18+ or All Blocked.
9.3 Channel search
As mentioned before, your digital receiver is pre-programmed for reception of the ASTRA
19.2° East and ASTRA 23.5° satellites. To receive new channels or channels from other
satellites, there are several ways to perform a channel search, or scan.

1. Automatic Search

Select this search to scan every satellite set up in the Antenna settings (Point 6.5 and 10)
for channels.
2. Transponder Search
Select this search to scan a specific transponder for a satellite.
After the search a message appears on the screen saying how many channels your digital
receiver has found.
To commence searching for channels, first call up the Main menu.
